Fellows, I have a MS Sharepoint collection site with multiple Sharepoint sites and sites under it.
My problem is; I tried to change company logo on the master page but only sites' logo changed. The sites created with SharePoint sites templates did not propagate the logo.
1. How do I propagate the Logo to all sites (SharePoint sites and sites)
2. Is it possible to change SharePoint sites to sites  or vice versa.
3. Which among the two (sharepoint sites and sites) is more scallable?

Thanks in advance

You can update the Site logo at the Site collection top level by going to the Top-level Site Settings and selecing "Title, description, and icon" under "Look and Feel" and updating the URL for the Logo.
Every new subsite that is created within this site collection will have the new logo URL. However for existing subsites you'll have to manually update the Logo URL by going to the site settings for that sub-site.
I am not sure if I am understanding your other 2 questions. Can you explain what you are asking?
