Crystal Reports 11 cross-tab sort

Hi,

How can I sort a field in ascending order except one particular value in a cross-tab report.
In my attachment, the emp column has distinct values. I want the coulmn in ascending order but the emp "DEVON" must be displayed at the last.
I dont want to use the sort "in a specified order" because I have hundreds of emps.
Any thoughts?

Thanks

Make a formula that prepends a "ZZZ" to only employee code DEVON, then sort on that, but display the original code.

Do you know how to make formulas?

if {EMPCODE} = "DEVON" then "ZZZ"+"DEVON" else {EMPCODE}

and use that in your cross tab.  Press the Options button on the Cross-Tab group, and use {EMPCODE} as the Group Name field.
