HTC Droid Incredible sync

I have set up a HTC Droid Incredible to sync with Exchange 2007 on a SBS2008 machine with ActiveSync. All the syncing works great except contacts. Contacts only sync one way from Exchange to the phone.

I have already deleted the account and recreated it - no joy. The only other idea from HTC is to do a complete wipe of the phone. The phone is brand new and was set up for Exchange about 5 min. after it was activated.

Had to hard reset my HTC Driod Incredible for it to sync properly with my Exchange Server. Works great now and sync perfectly. Except now I turned of contact sync as way to many contacts that I did not use for my work. Also the phone seem to be functioning better as ita like they try to load all the junk they thing you need from the factory and its not all update or something and crash or conflict with the wireless carrier (verizon is mind).
