Font size changes in chart legend

I'm running into a problem in CR 2008 where the font size for a chart legend changes depending on the zoom level in preview.  It only happens to a single chart within the package and the problem can't be reproduced with other charts at the same group level.  As a result of the font size changing some legend entries go missing when the size increases.  I've tried locking the font size via Chart Expert -> Text -> Legend Title but it doesn't seem to effect anything.  This also occurs during export to PDF.  The font being used is Arial.

Is there a fix for this?

Thanks

I have never seen the problem.  Can you upload the problem report?

Unfortunately no due to the content.

Is it possible the report is corrupted?

Possible but not likely.

Can you rebuild the same chart in another report?
Does it behave the same way?

I tried deleting the section as well as the chart and rebuilding it but same result.

It's based on a pivot if that detail helps.

I tried changing fonts and noticed that the font type changes as well as the size based on the zoom level as well.  Seems to default to Arial 10 but at different zoom levels will return to the font I selected (Monotype Corsiva 4 in this case).

I'll try rebuilding the report from scratch to see if I can repeat the issue.

This issue looks like it was related to a problem with the query providing the supporting data to the report.

Once that issue was resolved, the issue with the chart legend seems to have been resolved.
