Parse XML using SimpleXML

I have an XML doc that looks like this:

<UDOAResponse>
      <OMX>xxxxx</OMX>
      <Success>1</Success>
etc....
</UDOAResponse>

How can I get the <Success> value?

$xml = simplexml_load_file(path_to_xml_file);
$var = $xml->Success (this is how to access it/assign it to a var)
