Hi all -

I'm having some issues w certain users trying to access their OWA.  This only happens for some and not all.  Here is the error message they get when trying to access:

"A problem occurred while trying to use your mailbox. Please contact technical support for your organization. "

when clicking show details - here is the detailed information on the error:

Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Directory.PooledLdapConnection.SendRequest(DirectoryRequest request, LdapOperation ldapOperation)
Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Directory.ADSession.ExecuteModificationRequest(ADRawEntry entry, DirectoryRequest request, ADObjectId originalId)"

I dont know what happened or how it happened - the only thing I was able to pin point, is that the users who can access OWA have the Exchange Recipient group to their security - the ones that cant, dont.  However, the group is located at the top level of AD (domainname.local) and is set to apply the same rights to all objects and all childs objects.

Anyone know what I can do to get this resolved quick?

Thanks,

~Dom

Also - the Exchange Enterprise and Exchange Servers groups are missing from the Security tab of the users.

Please try running setup.com /preparedomain command from Command prompt.
Using Exchange setp cd. I too faced the similar kind of issue and end with setup.com /Preparedomain command.
Please try this and revert back if you still face the same issue.
