Receive an error message, "[Error 3371] QuickBooks could not load the license data. This may be caused by missing or damaged files." after installing QuickBooks 2006.

How can I fix this issue?

I have called QuickBooks tech support and they say that they no longer support QuickBooks 2006.

Also, I have searched the Intuit QuickBooks website, and haven't found any details on how to fix this issue.

Yes, I tried that hyperlink, but I still receive the same message whenever I launch QuickBooks.
