Oracle weblogic 10.3 default page accessing problem

I want to access default page of Oracle weblogic but I received following error message

“Unable to connect
Firefox could not establish the connection with server 10.21.5.8:7001”

Oracle Weblogic 10.3 has been installed on Solaris platform machine and following both scripts has been stared from the path /usr/Oracle/Middleware/wlserver_10.3/server/bin /

1)setWLSEnv.sh
2)startNodeManager.sh

I want to add one thing; default port 7001 is also not listening in Solaris machine.
Please help out bcause i am new in Oracle Weblogic

Try to get up the weblogic wizard for creating a new domain, there You can define to which port it's supposed to listen , no to check Your port's availability type netstat in Your slaris shell propmt

Thank You dear,
My issue has been resolved after creating domain.Now, Web Logic Server 11g is running
Web Logic Server script will be start from the following location
/usr/Oracle/Middleware/user_project/domain/<domain name>/
# ./startWeblogic.sh
