Outlook 2003: Print multiple attachments from multiple e-mail messages

Most of our users still use Outlook 2003 for e-mail messaging. When they choose multiple e-mail messages with attachments and print them they indicate that they wish to print the attachmnents as well.

However, only the first e-mail message is printed at all. All others don't. This happens with multiple users so I'm thinking there's some setting I need to alter.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Brandi
