Is there a way for me to lock it down in BES so that the user is not able to change/disable the signature of e-mails on their handhelds?

Hi,

If you have BES 4.1 service pack 2 or earloer, you should be able to set the auto-signature policy in your BES policies under IT Policy > Desktop-Only Items > Auto Signature.
If you have anything later than 4.1 SP2 then this function is now obsolete and there is no way to set an auto signature.
