How do I recover mail icon in control panel on 2003 server 64 bit

A client of mine is using windows 2003 server 64 bit terminal server and when he goes to the control panel the mail icon is missing. I need some assistance on how to recover or install the icon in the control panel.

They are just in a different folder in the Control Panel, the article above should help
