Can I insert an HTML page into a contentplaceholder using code?

The Marketing department is creating an HTML page with the latest news and info.  I need to read that page into a contentplace holder.  Can that be done?

you mean you want to display an external page inside you aspx page? yes, it can be done with either iFrame or <div> and AJAX
