Medical Software coloscopy - Detecting video and save the image to the patient

Hello I'm scheduling a software that records to a doctor's patients,
I need to do a program in visual studio 2010 to do the following.
1 .- Use a database to store the patients.
2 .- The fields of the patient are:
    Name
    Age
   Visit Date
3 .- Development
New Patient
Print Results Reports
Find and Edit Patient Patient
Unlimited Image Capture
Backup Database
Restore Database
Features
The software should detect in a video input and view on the screen of the program, each catch must be kept with the patient
What is difficult for me is to detect and display video input to connect it with the patient, please i need your help, it is very important Greetings. Demo Software

It seems that you are already able acquire images, probably using a special colonoscopy camera. If I understand your question, you want to know how to store the images in the database? First it would be helpful to know which database you will use. Second, what technology or language will you use? Thanks I have a video input and want to save screenshots to the user, want to develop this in Visual Studio.

Hol this is what I need, but with basic functions, I can see the video of a TV and a card can save images in a database of patient
if anyone can help me develop the software please tell me

I expect to be compensated for giving help. I believe I did help. It seems that Mari7th expected someone to write his app for him, but that is not what Experts Exchange offers. It was very unclear where Mari7th was stuck, other than he/she did not want to write any code. Please reconsider deleting with refund and giving some credit.
