How to add Extend the Resource Property Schema

Hi am trying to add some equipments like Flip Chart, Video Conference, LCD, Conference Call,
but when am opening Microsoft Powershell and type Get-ResourceConfig
am getting error,

PS C:\Users\seni.a> Get-ResourceConfig
The term 'Get-ResourceConfig' is not recognized as a cmdlet, function, operable program, or script file. Verify the ter
m and try again.

what wrong am doing?

Get-ResourceConfig will only work if you've loaded the Exchange snap-in. Run this first:

Add-PsSnapIn Microsoft.Exchange.Management.PowerShell.Admin

Alternatively, start the Exchange Management Shell (PowerShell with the Exchange console parts loaded). After you've done that your command should succeed.

I have manage to get it as shown below,

Name                      ResourcePropertySchema
----                      ----------------------
Resource Schema           {Room/Whiteboard, Room/Projector, Equipment/Auto, Room/TV}

now how to add more Flip Chart, Video Conference, LCD, Conference Cal
