Hi,

we have a client whom we are trying to migrate to a hosted exchange solution, unfortunately, when we installed the hosted exchange directory synchronisation tool, it failed 3 quarters of the way through BUT it did not roll-back and is now partially installed but cannot be automatically removed.

Can anyone help? i cant find any instructions on google etc to manually remove it...only how to use it and install it.

thanks in advance.

Never tried this but you can try and install the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility. This will force an uninstall of the program.
