How use Windows Server 2003 Certificate Services Web Enrollment With Server 2008 R2 / Vista

Trying to get cert from our cert server, the site won't allow me access because i'm running vista which use "Certenroll" rather than "Xenroll".  I found hotfix from ms in KB article 922706, just can't seem to get it work right.
