I recently installed a 1FE-TX card into the above mentioned router, but it does not indicate an additional interface a POST is done on the router. The Link and 100 Mbps Led lits. I need another fast ethernet on the router for mobile connectivity. Can an expert assist with a solution.

Unfortunately, that's not going to do the trick for you.  The NM-1FE-TX module was at end-of-life when the 2811 came out and it isn't supported by the platform.  Supported interfaces and modules for that unit are here:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps5854/products_relevant_interfaces_and_modules.html

Putting any of the following in the unit will give you what you need though.

HWIC-1FE
HWIC-2FE
