Exchange 2007 Antispam Rejecting messages

Hi there,

A user from an external domain is traying to send an e-mail to my company, but this e-mail is been rejected by the Exchange antispam. This antispam is not the Edge Server, its the antispam feature in Hub transport.

So, the user who is trying to send the e-mail is getting the following error:

Could not be delivered because of

Server refused mail at END OF DATA - 550 REJECT spam id=tlsNG34/1283437803-00002880-108B49A8/0-3717836200/0-10

The following recipients were affected:
    Danielle@mycompany.com

I already configured this external domain on the Allow List, but Exchange keeps rejecting the e-mail from this user, and it is only this user who is been rejecting. Others users from this domain can send e-mail to my company without any problem.

Can you guys help me?

Are you sure the sender address exists and it's correct ?

Yes, both address exists and they are correct.

And the SAME sender can send mail to everyone else in your organisation?

If you have Sender Filtering check if the remote address is not in the filter.
Or try to set "Stamp message with Sender ID result and continue processing" on the Sender ID filter.

The sender can't send email to anyone of my company and it is not in the Sender Filtering.
