Hello all.  I'm looking to find a good 3rd party maintenance provider for HDS (Hitachi) systems or list thereof.  I have a few in mind, but wanted to know if anyone has any direct experience with a particularly good one.  Thanks!

Why do you want third party maintenance?
Might be better to just have Hitachi service it rather than have a 3rd party do it...
Unless there is some particular reason for it to be 3rd party?

Cost savings, better control over the contract, etc.  Not committed to it yet, just trying to see if there are well known players out there.

I had come across them before, but hadn't found much about them elsewhere.  I like their management profile, but do you know anything anecdotal about them?

All i really know about them is from what my friend told me.
He said that he had good experiences with them (fast, good price, etc.)

Well it looks like the Top Gun reference will be good enough, thanks.  If anyone else knows of any others, please chime in.
