DTS ERROR

i am getting this error when i schedule to run this DTS package but no error when i am running it in sql analyzer.

any ideas why this is happening??

even when i manually run the dts itworks just fine.!!

First of all this is not an error it is a Warning:
Warning: Null value is eliminated by an aggregate or other SET operation.  

That is why when you "manually run the dts itworks just fine",  you are not seeing the warning message.

What is happening is that you are using a GROUP BY clause and it contains NULLs.
