TCP/IP Camera for Web Conferencing

A client of mine has purchased a tcp/ip camera, he would like to use it with skype, webex or some other web conferencing service.  The only problem is the two services above require that the camera be a usb or board connected device.  Any solutions on how to do this would be helpful.

Try this to use a tcp/ip cam with skype. https://sourceforge.net/projects/link2cam/
