Can someone refer Database Engine Tuning Advisor tool like MS SQL?

I need to optimize automatically mysql tables based on queries load, like Profiler in MS SQL.

I am looking for some specialized tool which can do fine tunning like indexing based on queries load captured.

Hope someone know such tool(s).
