This is a generic "explorer.exe" error.. Can you post the "data" of this error?
(Click on "click here" blue link)

Thanks

Meanwhile, have you tried with another TTF file?

This software should solve your problem by allowing you to remove any fonts that may be causing the error and then add your own fonts.

At this point I will also recommend a tool to manage fonts. (There are many including those Microsoft http://www.microsoft.com/typography/FreeToolsOverview.mspx)

As a last test, however, I suggest you download a font file (*. TTF) directly from Microsoft and try to install it by going to Control Panel -> Fonts -> File -> Install New Fonts. Maybe this works.

Even if that does not work, download and install a tool that manages the fonts such as AMP Font Viewer (http://www.ampsoft.net/utilities/FontViewer.php).
