How to Remove Zend Studio License from my computer

Good Morning!

I have Zend Studio on my computer, it was purchased for the person that worked at my station before me and the person that registered it is no longer accessible.  So we created a new account and registered another 3 years at Zend.com.  Here is the weird part:

I can't update my license.  When I click register, I enter my new license and restart Zend and it doesn't save.  I have uninstalled, re-installed, tried cleaning as many registry keys as I can find and it is still keeps the old license information and says that it is expired as of 7/24.

Please give me something to try, I need to get this fixed as soon as possible

Who have you contacted at Zend?  What did they say?

I have opened a support ticket and contacted my sales rep.  Neither has yielded a result as of yet.

and the support ticket has been opened for almost 24 hours without an update.  I feel like I am being ignored by Zend now that they have the money for my registration for the next 3 years.

the correct answer is:

Under your user folder in Windows, there is a .Zend folder that is not removed when you uninstall.  When you add a license it gets added to this folder.  But only the top license is pulled in when you open your program.  So, delete the folder, or the top license and it will import the proper license the next time you save your registration data.
