Active Directory Certificate Services

Hi all, I have completed the migration of active directory from SBS 2003 to SBS 2008 and the AD had been synced over but the Active Directory Certificate Service wont start, says The system cant find the specified file when I try to start it from services. There are 2 other critical events which are Exchange System Attendant and Sharepoint.

Please Help!!

Ended up reinstalling cert services which solved the problem but server was not right after migration so better off installing from scratch
