Lotus Notes

First close your previous questions (you have a few opened ones on the same topic).

You'll simply have to sit down and start learning (using tools/books recommended in previous posts).
Then, when you get stuck, write the question (in a comprehensive way, please:) here, on EE, and we'll be glad to help you.

I can guarantee you though, that posting the same question three different times wont help your learning curve the slightest bit.

BTW, what exactly are you trying to do?
I see you asked the very similar questions on IIS, IT Infrastructure setup, VOIP, ...

Do you genuinely want to learn Lotus application development, or you want to full some interviewer that you have the knowledge you really don't have?

Try to comprehend the fact that there's no such thing as "instant knowledge".

I have knowledge on IIS, Very good on exchange and AD, GOOD ON LOTUS NnOTES, and CCNA. i HAVE BEEN NOT WORKING FOR PAST FEW 10 MONTHS, There were some reasons. BTW, how the interview went?

They asked me 5 questions on development. I answered 3 and in one I answered a bit and informed that I do not remember.She said ok, fine I will get back to you. I called and HR he said to make a call tomorrow evening in case he doesn't to confirm selection. I told the lady in technical round, clearly that in my earlier qrganisation,  I used to work on Lotus Notes and that to on client R5 and R6. rajarshivp@gmail.com
