Getting the code for an embedded flickr slideshow is trivial, but I'm having trouble trying to find a way to turn on the display of image titles by default.

Is this possible, and if so how do you do it?

Sure - please see attached. This is just the default embedding code generated from within flickr itself.

<object width="400" height="300"> <param name="flashvars" value="offsite=true&lang=en-us&page_show_url=%2Fphotos%2F27172079%40N08%2Fsets%2F72157624879261666%2Fshow%2F&page_show_back_url=%2Fphotos%2F27172079%40N08%2Fsets%2F72157624879261666%2F&set_id=72157624879261666&jump_to="></param> <param name="movie" value="http://www.flickr.com/apps/slideshow/show.swf?v=71649"></param> <param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><embed type="application/x-shockwave-flash" src="http://www.flickr.com/apps/slideshow/show.swf?v=71649" allowFullScreen="true" flashvars="offsite=true&lang=en-us&page_show_url=%2Fphotos%2F27172079%40N08%2Fsets%2F72157624879261666%2Fshow%2F&page_show_back_url=%2Fphotos%2F27172079%40N08%2Fsets%2F72157624879261666%2F&set_id=72157624879261666&jump_to=" width="400" height="300"></embed></object>

Well if you embed that in any web page, even just wrap <html></html> tags around it and press "Info" in the slideshow's upper control area, then the title is shown. BUT... I want the slideshow to show this information without the user having to hit "Info"...

Its a flash property and it can be only seen on full screen mode.
and also it cant be enabled by default.
If you need such functionalities you may need to do a flash paying file for your use.
And then you may need to replace http://www.flickr.com/apps/slideshow/show.swf with that newly designed file.

Hope this helped you.
If you have any quesitons let me know.

Thank you

Many thanks - you've just saved me hours of hunting about trying to do something that Flickr's slideshow currently doesn't support. Much appreciated!
