Hello someone can help turn this program in VB please.

And then add an image capture function,
I would save up to 10 different video catches a acces database and assign a user name, thank you very much.

The function is to create a user account and take 10 different photos live video

Both are paid versions but the first one provide a trial period.

Sorry no, not that I am aware of.  You've asked for a lot of work and I'd be surprised if anyone will complete that much work without payment of some kind.
