That does not look like a complete analysis... I would suggest you upload it to my web page - that should give you a more clear answer as to what the *PROBABLE* cause is - www.lwcomputing.com/minidumps/minidumpup.asp

Have done. Your website has an anti-spam or whtever type thing where you get to add a numeric to a written number to "Prove your human"

Which human is that?

Have you ran chkdsk on system drive to check any disk/ file system issue?

I also suggest you to configure the server for complete memory dump and post it or use windbg tool to analyze the dump.

My web should should now e-mail you (if you provide your e-mail address) the analysis file, you can repost it here.  Or just click the link for it once the analysis is complete.

It doesn't email or provide a link. This is what comes up on the website:

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01c2'
Wrong number of arguments or invalid property assignment: 'Left'

I corrected that bug - should you have problems with the page, please report them via the contact link.

I can post a direct link to the analyzed file (with your permission) or you can run the file again and post what you like.

The probable cause was tmevtmgr.sys - http://www.freefixer.com/library/file/31703/

To me, this suggests your antivirus software is causing the problems.  Check with them if this is a known issue or consider trying to upgrade or downgrade the problem.  You can also uninstall the Antivirus software to see if the system becomes more stable.

Just keep in mind, this is the PROBABLE cause and it's POSSIBLE that this is NOT the problem and the problem could be with another driver or aspect of the hardware that interacts with this file.  *I* would start by looking at trend as the cause.
