I would say then you should be looking at on how to develop forms & reports, how to identify any issues and how to fix them if that is also your job.

I mean you can use forms help and reports help to get more well versed with those so that you can be ready for your job. Apart from this, on job training will further enhance your skills.

You will be given an application developer guide which discusses all those things in details by your team as part of job training. It also discusses many things which are related oracle applications related stuff ( like the architecture, technology , etc )

This contains everything...It doesn't mean you need to read everything.
http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B34956_01/current/html/docset.html

Probably  you can go through the below..

for architecture :
-------------------------
Oracle Applications Concepts  B31450-01
Oracle Applications Flexfields Guide

standards:
----------------
all 3 books will be good so you can understand what all you can code and what you should not code

and rest all you can go through depending for which project you are going to work for.

Thanks
