Please post your motherboards Manufacturer and Board number (number on the board eg. gigabyte ga-g41m-es2lt)  The number is usually located on the motherboard itself.

Right click on the SM Bus device in Device Manager and select properties.
Then select the "Details" tab
Use Ctrl+c to copy the device instance ID string.
Then paste it (Ctrl+v) in your reply.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

Post your computer's brand and model, you need a chipset driver install and restart your computer afterwards.
