Nortel BCM 400 VoIP Setup

Hi, I have two sites.. both with BCM 400's. What do I need to do in order to activate VoIP? Within the BCM I mean.. not port forwarding etc!

Thanks

If you hit the IP of the system via web browser you should be able to login to the system - at which point you'll be presented with several menus. An alternative is to use the Nortel Business Elements manager software which comes bundled to perform the same task. Once in there - you have areas like mailbox manager etc where you can set and tweak the various options offered by the BCM system.

Hope that helps you get started - Nick.
