Internal Windows PowerShell error.

Hallo,

I encountered a few problems on our exchange server.

1: Management Console wont open.. give's an error.

2: PowerShell wont open.. gives an error as well.. anyway has a solution/fix for this?

Internal Windows PowerShell error.  
Loading managed Windows PowerShell failed with error 80131247

Had the same issue, re-installing power shell fixed mine.

1. re-install powershell using add/remove programs, show updates and i think its kb926139 and 40.
2. install it again but might fail with PSCustomSetupUtil.exe - Application Error
3. change the Trust level for the "My Computer" zone to "Full Trust"

should be fine

Thank you for the replies.

It is a Windows Server 2008 64-bit. Powershell is installed as a feature on that OS. I already removed the feature, rebooted the server and installed the feature again. No luck.

I will try if something from the article vickzz sent me works.

Fixed the problem by removing KB968930 Windows Management Framework Core Package and rebooting the server.
