Looking to a get a Personal Information Manager/Planner/Contact Management System.

Front end in jQuery/AJAX/Javascript
Back end in PHP/mysql

Calendar - Can schedule events, add recurring events, weekdays
Task - For a given time schedule and task
Events - For a given time schedule and event
Contact Management - store basic contact information, name, email, ...

Nice to have -
Send out alerts for events  - send out alert when a time sensitive event is triggered.

Try the following calenders

But for the back end you need to write your code as per your requirement.
