that the report comes as the excel, ie the x-axis numbers (1,2,3,4,5) and go layenda values in column A (Handling grammatical and utilizacionformalismos observanciaregistro)

You probably need to switch axes in chart and set labels in legend. Look on "fx" buttons in design, thay allow you to construct lables (and other) by formula. Formulas can refer to datasource columns.

I'm sorry, but this is not interactive help system or tutorial.
Please, first read help and books about SSRS. Than, if you have got some problem you could not solve, EE can be at help.
Or, hire someone who will do it for you.
