I have BES server 4.1.6 running on a Windows Server 2003 machine.  Can I install BES Express V5 on the same server with a differrent blackberry domain?  Or do they need to be on different servers?  Messaging software is Exchange 2007 SP2 running on it's own server.

No you can't as there are predefined tcp ports for communication with BB servers. You can only have one listening.
