hi
i want to disable the cmd.exe access for my domain users
my question is if batch files and scripts will be disabled also because of the block of cmd.exe?

It depends which mode you choose. You can use in User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System node a policy "Prevent access to the command prompt". When you choose option "Enabled" then

- "Disable the command prompt script processing also" set to Yes, it means that even bat or cmd scripts won't work
- "Disable the command prompt script processing also" set to No, prevent users accessing command-line but all script would work.
