Is there a way to attach a business card from the global address list?

Why can't I attach a business card from an address book other than my "Contacts" using the "Business Card" selection on a new message's message tool bar?  I want to send a vendor contact information for another Foth member but can only select from my own Contacts….none of the other address books are available in the drop down menu.  Is there some setting to change this?
We use Exchange 2010, outlook 07 and the rest of the office suite is 2003.

No.  You can need to save it to your Contacts folder to add in that fashion.
