MOSS 2007 SP2 Error 6482 every one minute ?

Hi All,

I'm having problem with my MOSS 2007 SP2 which always generating thousands of error everyday, see the error attached, Has anyone encounter this before ?

The DOMAIN\SPService is the owner of the WSS_Content after i double check in the SSMS of my SQL Server 2008 and also the Farm Admin member.

any kind of suggestion and help to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Go to your registry, click the top node in the list (should be My COmputer).  Now do Edit - Find and search for 61738644.  This should bring back the name of a COM object.  

You can then go into Component Services on your WFE server, edit the properties of that particular object and give spservice Local Activation and Launch permissions.

yes it is called IIS WAMREG admin Service, what about the "configuration permission" section ? do i have to do something about it ?

i don't know if this is related or not, but it is still error.

FYI, the account, DOMAIN\SPService is the owner of the WSS_Content DB and member of Farm Admin group too.

you posted completely differenet errors.  the solution i gave you solved the other one and is the only way to correct the DCOM issue, so this question should be closed and a new one opened.

i also found out that the backup software which is used to backup this SharePoint Server also got error when using this DOMAIN\SPService username, is there any way to enable this username maybe as service ?
