TS License Server issue
Terminal Server on Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard SP2
I'm having the following problems with Terminal Server License Server:
KB2021885
KB887444
When I try to follow the steps in KB2021885 I get the error message outlined in KB887444. I go through the motions to resolve the issue in KB887444, however when I reinstall the License Server and go to install my TS CALs I get an error saying that the licenses have already been activated. I called Microsoft's activation center and they tell me that it's a technical issue. They are trying to get me to open a ticket for $260.
Has anyone else run into this? According to KB2021885 this is something everyone should have run into this past February, but when I explained the issue to the Activation center they didn't know what I was talking about. I tried giving them the KB article # but talking to them is like talking to a wall.
Any help is appreciated.
