Our users have just migrated from GroupWise 6.5 to Exchange 2007/Outlook 2007. Everything is working reasonably well; but, we do come across some Outlook training issues from time to time. Not because Exchange/Outlook is not working correctly its because we are new to using Outlook.
One of our users has discovered that if he accepts an appointment from someone and that new appointment has a time conflict with an already existing appointment then there is no pop-up warning message. I have noticed the same thing from my workstation.
My question is: How can I force Outlook to prompt our users that they have accepted an appointment with a scheduling conflict?
i do not see anything very obvious in 'Tools' - 'Options' - 'Calander Options'.
