Printing through the network to a Bizhub 350 copier

I just replaced the computers for our bookkeeper and our secretary.  We went from XP to Windows 7.  They both could print through the network to our Minolta Bizhub 350.  So far I have not been able to make either computer print to the copier.  I went through the different preferences on the old computers and tried to match them to the preferences on the new computers.  As far as I can tell the preferences are the same.  On the stand-alone computer it will even show that there is a document in queue but it doesn't print.  On the computer that I am running on the network, I changed the settings from workstation to the name of the network, other than that I left the settings the same.

Are you able to ping the printer?

I found out that the last thing that I changed on the settings did the trick.  After I left the office the test page that I sent printed.  Don't know why it took as long as it did as it seems to be printing in a very timely manner.

Thanks for the ping suggestion, I was going to run that when I found out it was printing.
