that page takes you to another page which only allows you to download 4.6 and higher

You could probably contact them from that site and they will likely give you a link to the older version if necessary. But usually they will tell you that whatever 4.3 did, you can do better in the newer version. Are you certain getting 4.3 is going to do something for you that the newer version won't?

yes.  we have a 3rd party software that requires 4.3 in order to sync to blackberry devices. 4.3 is the only version it accepts.  

Yeah I think you're right.  I will have to hit the sketchy side of the internet to find it.
