Delivery Status Notification (Delay)

When someone sends an email from Gmail to use, they are getting the following undeliverable notification from Gmail.  This is only happening with Gmail.  Any ideas on how to allow Gmail through?  This was not a problem in the past.  Just started happening about a week ago.

We host our own email on Exchange 2003 installed on a 2003 SBS.

This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification

you may want to verify your external DNS records
verify there isn't an old expired MX record
verify that your PTR record resolves to the correct A record

ASKER

Have already done that.  All DNS and PTR records are correct.  Gmail is the only privider we are experiencing problems with.
are you using any type of spam filtering? they are having a connection issue with your system.

No spam filter.
open system manager and expand global settings
go to properties for message delivery
go to the connection filtering tab
check all of the settings here
There are no Connection Filters set.  The Block List Server Configuration is empty.  No Exceptions, Accept or Deny list have been created.
