troubleshooting guides for Cisco

I'm taking the troubleshooting class for Cisco and I wanted to know if there are some type of guides for troubleshooting Cisco devices...more like a cheat sheet?   I noticed that troubleshooting involves the ITIL and FCAPS model and I wanted to know if there's also sometype of excel document that will provide a guide for MTBF, MTTR, Cisco lifecycle, and or TCO for cisco.
