Can someone let me know what network management toolkits they have for Cisco troubleshooting and why?

Cisco makes Ciscoworks and Cisco Network assistant.  Ciscoworks is high end but expensive.  CNA is free but limted to 40 devices and not as capable.

Solarwinds makes Orion, probably the second most popular management tool after Ciscoworks.  It's capable, but also expensive.

Ipswtich makes "What's up Gold."  Cheaper then Ciscoworks and Orion, but not as capable or reliable.

Then there are some freebies like MRTG, PTRG, Zenoos.  And there are others.  There are tools for general monitoring, and there are specific tools for spcific needs.  It depends on what you need and what your budget is.
