Hello Experts,

I have a user with a BlackBerry Curve 8530. We are trying to push out the SameTime application to her Blackberry through the BES server. We have installed everything correctly on the BES server to allow us to push the app. out. When we push the app out to the device the BES server does say that the app was updated succesfully on her device however, the user does not receive the SameTime application icon anywhere on her BlackBerry device.

Any help with this situation would be greatly apprciated. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello,

It turns out that I didn't have to place it on the server after all . So I uninstalled it from the server and installed it on a test BB through the Desktop Manager. It is working fine. I am going to walk the end user through the process to get it installed on her device.

Thanks in advance.
