Project Server 2010

I am trying to find out what I need to do to install and configure Project 2010.  The goal is to have a solution where users can collaborate in MS Project, share, and simultaneously use the software to organize projects.  I have been reading different things that say Project is now integrated with Sharepoint 2010.  I have been on TechNet and the explanations are not clearing anything up for me.

Can someone explain what I will need as far as software and installation instructions?

Project Server sits on top of SharePoint (as it did in 2007).

Here are the instructions you will need: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc197479.aspx

It takes you from start to finish setting up your Project Server.

I noticed that they need SQL...... Can I use SQL Express?  This deployment is going to be for 5 users... very small... I want everything to run on 1 server... Is this possible?

Yes, it is possible to run everything on one server.  Might not perform great, but will work.  You will just have to see with based on your server hardware and actual usage.  According to the System Requirements (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee683978.aspx) it appears SQL Express 2008 with SP1 will work.
