Our company just moved to Outlook from our old email application. On the calendar view, specifically the day view, the top has all day events, the middle are the appointments, bottom is the tasks. Can the all day events area be moved down below the appointments, or appointments moved to the top.. depending on how you want to say it? The all day event area takes up far too much of the calendar view right now. It looks like the bottom edge of the appointment area is moveable so we can push the tasks down where you can't see them.. but the all day event area seems stuck at one size.
