How to I sync outlook 2007 to several iphones? I want to be able to sync one folder that everyone shares and then a folder to each phone for personal. We currently have the shared folder in a public exchange folder, I am open to other ways if possible.

Do you have all the iPhones accessing exchange emails through PUSH? You need to use IMAP to be able to see public folders on iPhone.

Will this sync calendar and contacts or just the mail account?

You can choose what you want to sync, just emails, contacts or calendars or everything.
